A.      Denouncement—Genesis 3:23–24. Adam and Eve are driven from the garden. SIN ALWAYS separates from God.

a.       Genesis 3:23–24 (NKJV) — 23 therefore the Lord God sent him out of the garden of Eden to till the ground from which he was taken. 24 So He drove out the man; and He placed cherubim at the east of the garden of Eden, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to guard the way to the tree of life.

B.      Disobedience—Romans 5:12. By Adam and Eve sin entered into the world. Because of this, all are sinners—Romans 3:23.

a.       Romans 5:12 (NKJV) — 12 Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned—

b.       Romans 3:23 (NKJV) — 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
